About the Role
The Cargo Technician ensures equipment is prepared and organized for shipment, supporting drivers and customers throughout the loading process. This role also helps maintain an orderly yard and handles necessary paperwork for equipment returns. • Stage outgoing equipment orders for truckloads per dispatch instructions • Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and refueling equipment • Organize returned equipment area and maintain a tidy yard • Support customer pick‑ups and help load/unload equipment • Complete customer return tickets accurately • Perform various tasks as directed by the PCM
