The role involves preparing the site for daily work and performing all necessary housekeeping duties to support ongoing activities. The employee ensures the work environment is clean, organized, and safe. Key responsibilities include maintaining site safety, signaling equipment operators, operating various hand, power, and pneumatic tools, and handling both hazardous and non‑hazardous materials. The employee must adhere to safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment while performing additional duties as needed. • Prepare site and perform daily housekeeping tasks. • Maintain clean and safe project sites to eliminate hazards. • Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment. • Signal equipment operators to align and move machinery and materials. • Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools. • Handle hazardous and non‑hazardous materials safely. • Plan work and select appropriate tools. • Compare sizes, shapes, and forms of objects and lines. • Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings. • Make decisions based on measurable criteria.

What You Bring
Candidates should be able to plan work, select proper tools, and accurately compare sizes, shapes, and forms of objects. They must visualize three‑dimensional objects from plans, make decisions based on measurable criteria, and be comfortable working at heights. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 lb, and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, and climbing.
