About the Role
The role involves operating a variety of production machines—including saws, presses, drills, hand‑ and powered tools, as well as automatic presses—and loading raw material onto stock reels. • Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, or specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and operation sequences. • Measure dimensions on workpieces. • Start and run machinery, detect malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance machining, and adjust controls as needed. • Verify finished workpiece conformity to specifications. • Adjust and operate machines on trial runs to confirm accuracy of settings or programmed data. • Test unit operation to ensure functionality and performance. • Assemble products when required. • Perform frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting of the head, neck, back, or hips. • Use small hand tools daily.

What You Bring
We are hiring for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 AM‑6 PM) and seek dedicated, reliable individuals who are mechanically capable. Prior manufacturing experience is not required but is preferred. • Lift up to 35 lb and stand for at least 75 % of the shift.
