Document Control Specialist
Manage and control project documents, ensuring quality and compliance in remote Alaska sites.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Maintain and update documents in electronic management systems. • Communicate document requirements and client standards to project teams. • Perform quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents. • Assist the Project Manager with documentation tasks. • Support the Project Engineer with backup documentation for pay estimates and construction documents. • Create and manage backup documentation of construction contract documents. • Travel to remote Alaska locations for extended periods as needed. • Work extended hours during construction season and in remote camp settings.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Certifications such as CDT, CBCS, CCS, or MOS. • Ability to interpret data and apply visuals. • Experience with AASHTOWare software. • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • No visa sponsorship available for this position.
