About the Role

As a Sales Executive for CoStar Debt Solutions, you will expand strategic relationships with existing clients and high‑potential prospects in the commercial real‑estate lending space. You will sell best‑in‑class SaaS, data, and information services, operating in a high‑performance culture that rewards ambition, collaboration, and going the extra mile. • Identify and close new sales opportunities for SaaS, data, and information services targeting commercial real‑estate lenders and financial institutions. • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying expansion opportunities. • Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects face‑to‑face, fostering trust and delivering product value. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals and maximize satisfaction. • Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions and the CRE lending market to act as a trusted advisor. • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—to exceed revenue targets. • Engaging communicator with a client‑focused approach.

What You Bring
