Rogers Group is seeking applicants for the position of an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to work with road construction and highway paving crews in Greer, SC. The successful candidate will have experience in roadway building, operating a paver, and an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Candidates must demonstrate dedication to safe work practices, have at least two years of asphalt paving experience, preferably in high‑traffic road construction, and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and loud environments. The position requires teamwork, willingness to assist coworkers or supervisors, flexibility for overtime or extended hours, passing a pre‑employment drug screen, providing I‑9 documentation, and possessing a clean motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license.
