About the Role

In this role you will deliver projects operationally, ensuring compliance with client, contractual, program and legislative requirements. You will lead project personnel to achieve scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and profitability targets while managing communications, risk, health, and procurement. You will support tender processes, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, chair and minute meetings, and implement systems to meet third‑party accreditation standards. Ongoing tracking of risks and opportunities will be communicated regularly to the client. • Deliver projects in line with client, contractual, program, procedural, and legislative requirements. • Lead and manage project teams to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and profitability goals. • Contribute to tender processes focusing on methodology, buildability, risk management, and subcontractor coordination. • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; chair and minute project meetings. • Implement systems and procedures to ensure compliance with third‑party accreditations. • Track and communicate project risks and opportunities to clients on a regular basis. • Demonstrate end‑to‑end project oversight, including planning, budgeting, risk, issue, personnel, client, and commercial management.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years’ industry experience and preferably holds a university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design or Construction, with additional project methodology certifications considered a plus. You must be capable of end‑to‑end project oversight, including planning, budgeting, risk, issue, personnel, client and commercial management, and have a solid understanding of the real‑estate or property sector. Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project are essential. • Possess at least three years of industry experience, preferably with a related university degree. • Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
