About the Role
The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgets, and serving as the primary client contact. The role monitors construction and financial activities in partnership with the Superintendent and is accountable for the project’s financial results and safety by promoting the IIF culture. • Responsible for Pre-Construction Duties • Coordinates Job Transition and Start-up Process • Manages Cost and Schedule • Manages Cash Flow • Oversees the Work of Direct Reports • Maintains Client Relationship • Generates and Submits Technical Records • Supports Construction of Project • Manages Project Safety and Risk Management Processes • Ensures a Safe Work Environment • Participates in Training/Certifications

What You Bring
