Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. The role requires physical activity such as transporting items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks inside and on exterior grounds. • Work independently across multiple storage facilities, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing supplies. • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Perform physical tasks: lift up to 35 lb, walk, climb stairs, open large doors, and clean/maintain interior and exterior areas.
