About the Role

Lead and supervise a production team to meet safety, quality, customer experience, and cost objectives, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices. The role includes ensuring safety compliance, quality assurance, meeting production and shipping goals, monitoring inventory, directing and evaluating team members, maintaining efficiency for cost and on‑time delivery, and managing workflow, planning, analysis, and training in a clean, safe environment. Leadership duties involve professional development of team members, coaching, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace that values diverse perspectives. • Ensure safety compliance and enforce company safety policies. • Verify quality by inspecting production and assisting with machine setups. • Lead teams to achieve production and shipping targets and meet customer demand. • Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and requisition materials. • Direct, assist, and evaluate team members on daily and long‑term goals. • Optimize efficiencies to achieve cost control and on‑time delivery. • Prioritize issues, analyze situations, and implement corrective actions. • Manage workflow, planning, analysis, and training for a clean, safe operation. • Review and approve employee time sheets, schedules, and overtime. • Coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive work environment.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a high school diploma or GED, 1‑2 years of team‑lead experience, and 1‑2 years of hands‑on manufacturing experience; the job is performed primarily in a factory environment with exposure to noise, vibration, chemicals, and some office work. • Require High School/GED, 1‑2 years of leadership experience, and 1‑2 years of hands‑on manufacturing experience.
