About the Role
• Prepare comprehensive stormwater management reports, including resiliency, adaptation, drainage design, and environmental permitting. • Draft engineering standards and specifications and evaluate their effectiveness. • Conduct engineering inspections to assess work quality and structural integrity, recommending remedial actions. • Collect and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats independently. • Create engineering drawings to communicate and implement solutions. • Contribute to engineering solution design, devise feasibility testing approaches, and oversee implementation. • Develop personal capabilities through training, professional accreditation, and staying current with technology and regulations. • Follow project management plans to achieve specific goals.

What You Bring
The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week on‑site to collaborate, connect and excel in a vibrant environment. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. • Maintain a Professional Engineer license in Florida (preferred). • Bring at least four years of stormwater management experience, including master‑plan development, design, and permitting. • Demonstrate strong technical writing skills for drainage studies and reports. • Experience working with local permitting agencies. • Proficiency with modeling software such as ICPR 4 and XPSWMM.
