About the Role
In this role you will be the single point of contact for HVAC construction opportunities in your territory, handling chillers and air‑handling units. You will mentor the sales team, develop pricing strategies that maximize win rates, and align subject‑matter experts early to improve product positioning and project strategy. You will lead bid and proposal processes, gather commercial and financial data, and balance financial outcomes with customer satisfaction. By applying market intelligence, historical win/loss data, and competitor insights, you will set optimized price levels and facilitate final price authorizations with global product and area leadership. • Act as the primary contact for HVAC equipment opportunities in an assigned territory. • Mentor sales representatives and coach them on pricing and win‑rate improvement. • Initiate early collaboration with subject‑matter experts to optimize product positioning and project strategy. • Analyze project financials and historical win/loss data to determine competitive winning prices. • Coordinate with global product and area leadership to obtain final price authorizations. • Lead bid and proposal activities, collecting commercial and financial information for each project. • Conduct quarterly bid reviews and schedule project strategy sessions with salespersons and agents. • Apply market intelligence, factory lead‑time indicators, and competitor dynamics to craft winning strategies. • Provide advisory support between sales teams, agents, and product managers on technical and cost impacts. • Monitor opportunities using dashboards and adjust strategies as key indicators change.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field and brings at least five years of HVAC sales or sales‑management experience.
