About the Role
The Project Manager will lead the consolidation and relocation of a manufacturing facility, collaborating closely with the move Program Manager, design engineering, and the manufacturing move team. Key duties include developing project plans, preparing status reports for senior leadership, maintaining engineering and manufacturing knowledge, and building strong cross‑functional relationships while escalating issues and mentoring colleagues. • Coordinate and support the consolidation and move of a manufacturing facility • Work with program manager, design engineering, and manufacturing move team • Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management • Maintain knowledge of engineering, project management, and manufacturing practices • Build and sustain effective relationships across teams and stakeholders • Escalate issues promptly and mentor colleagues to foster a supportive culture

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electro‑mechanical) • 10+ years electronic product design/manufacturing experience • 8+ years project management experience with proven complex project delivery • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with PMBOK • Strong oral/written communication, analytical, presentation, and conflict‑management skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and make sound decisions • Travel requirement of 15–20% • Preferred PMP certification
