About the Role

• Support & assist the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) in daily operations • Supervise & manage Resident Assistants (RAs) and ensure quality care • Conduct & oversee medication administration, resident assessments, and care plans • Coordinate care services with families, physicians, and healthcare professionals • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and Spring Arbor policies • Oversee scheduling & training for resident care staff • Respond promptly to resident needs & emergencies with compassion and efficiency

What You Bring
