About the Role

The Facilities Executive – Soft Services will prioritize facility needs, oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure all administrative functions are covered. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping, pantry and office‑boy shift schedules, maintaining stock levels, conducting twice‑daily facility rounds, generating daily and monthly reports, and handling client help‑desk complaints. • Oversee daily facility operations and administrative functions. • Manage housekeeping, pantry and office‑boy shift schedules. • Maintain stock levels for housekeeping and pantry consumables. • Conduct twice‑daily facility rounds and compile reports. • Resolve help‑desk complaints and ensure client satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures. • Achieve KPI and SLA targets for service delivery. • Provide administrative support and implement app‑based tools. • Coordinate with tech executives to address site‑specific snags.

What You Bring

The role requires a degree or diploma in hotel or building management, 3–5 years of facilities management experience, and strong knowledge of occupational safety. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service, people‑management skills, proficiency with PC tools, and a track record of continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Hold a degree/diploma in hotel or building management with 3‑5 years FM experience. • Strong knowledge of occupational safety and continuous‑improvement practices. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in PC applications and client reporting. • Ability to lead teams, troubleshoot issues and manage maintenance projects.
