About the Role

The technician will support the property by handling a broad range of repairs, maintaining both interior and exterior areas, and ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable laws. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Maintain interior and exterior property areas in line with company standards and legal requirements. • Respond quickly to maintenance service tickets. • Communicate repair updates clearly with residents and office staff. • Participate in rotating on‑call duties, earning $15 per day for on‑call availability. • Share in property staff renewal commissions.

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, have a personal vehicle, be able to commute within 30 minutes, and possess at least one year of related experience or equivalent education; HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.
