About the Role
The Senior Program Controller will join the San Francisco Bay Area Project Management team, overseeing complex capital projects in commercial real‑estate, corporate interiors, healthcare facilities, and data centers for a key technology client. The role combines strategic program oversight with hands‑on construction management, ensuring projects meet financial and operational targets while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks. • Align projects with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics. • Oversee design, construction, and close‑out phases across diverse project types. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. • Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors. • Provide technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering. • Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders. • Build relationships with property managers, healthcare administrators, and technical teams. • Communicate project updates and strategy to senior leadership. • Support readiness assessments and stage‑gate reviews across programs. • Lead program‑level reporting, governance activities, and lessons‑learned capture. • Identify and implement process improvements and delivery innovations. • Ensure adherence to applicable SOX control requirements. • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all delivery phases, from planning to close‑out. • Maintain a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (master’s preferred). • Bring at least 8 years of capital‑project experience across commercial real‑estate, healthcare, and data‑center sectors. • Demonstrate expertise in project controls, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and performance metrics. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. • Possess strong communication and leadership skills for presenting to senior stakeholders. • Knowledge of construction documentation, procurement, and standard contracts (e.g., AIA, FIDIC). • Professional certifications such as PMP, AACE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Benefits
Compensation for this full‑time position ranges from $150 K to $180 K base salary, with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
