About the Role

• Develop and implement holistic recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. • Build and promote employer branding through social media, events, and marketing. • Oversee full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. • Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and guide the hiring process. • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and build talent pipelines. • Manage ATS and use analytics to optimize hiring practices and report outcomes. • Lead and develop a team of recruiters where applicable.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with three or more years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, proficient use of applicant tracking systems, and a solid grasp of employment law. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and data‑driven problem‑solving skills are essential to succeed in this fast‑paced environment. • 3+ years of full‑life‑cycle talent acquisition experience. • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or BambooHR. • Deep knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliant hiring. • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Strong organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple openings. • Data‑driven problem‑solving approach to recruitment.
