About the Role
• Create internal frameworks, shared libraries, and developer tools to boost reliability, speed, and consistency. • Participate in technical deep dives and system design reviews. • Promote modern engineering practices like CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, test frameworks, and observability tooling. • Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that abstract complexity for product teams. • Track and improve developer experience metrics (build times, deployment reliability, test stability). • Work on high‑impact initiatives that improve software development for a global engineering community of 100+ engineers.

What You Bring
• Own cross‑cutting cloud application components such as audit logging. • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role. • Demonstrated ability to design and build developer frameworks, SDKs, or platform services used across multiple teams. • Deep expertise in Java and Spring; experience with TypeScript or Python is a plus. • Strong knowledge of software design principles and patterns. • Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred). • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Helm) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills for distributed teams. • Background in building developer productivity or internal platform engineering solutions. • Knowledge of developer experience metrics. • Experience with hybrid on‑prem/cloud or large‑scale enterprise environments. • Culture of engineering excellence, autonomy, and continuous learning.
