About the Role
As a Coax Splicer you will be part of a construction team that produces high‑quality work using specialized skills in splicing, activations, testing, troubleshooting and more. You will upgrade existing plant, plant extensions, and new building construction, ensuring the job is done right and striving to be the best. • Splice, sweep, and troubleshoot existing aerial and underground coaxial cable • Optimize new nodes and splice in node splits to reduce capacity • Utilize RF meters and time‑domain reflectometers (TDR) • Perform work on outdoor utility construction sites

What You Bring
You prioritize safety and have 1‑3 years of coaxial splicing and sweeping experience. Comfortable working from ladders or bucket trucks, you enjoy solving tough problems hands‑on, consistently delivering high‑quality work, and adapting to varied shifts with overtime. Relevant MOS codes include B05A, 3D157, 6423, and 5699. • Read CATV telecommunications design drawings and prints
