About the Role

You will join a performance‑driven culture that values sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing and career development while building technology that supports billions of people worldwide. As a Portfolio & Planning Solution Architect, you’ll design new technologies, dive into data, and continuously improve digital experiences for the organization. In this role you will architect integration patterns between the PPM platform and enterprise systems such as Finance, HRIS, work‑management tools, and identity solutions, ensuring designs are scalable, resilient and aligned with data and security standards. You will also define and optimize the PPM data model to support portfolio analytics, capacity planning and executive reporting, and create automations that reduce manual effort while enhancing data quality. You will establish technical governance, release management and environment strategies that protect platform stability and auditability. Configuration work includes building intake forms, prioritization models, delivery workflows and role‑based views that simplify user decisions. Additionally, you will implement role‑based access, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations and least‑privilege controls, and act as the technical bridge among Enterprise Architecture, Data/Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Finance and external partners. The position also involves end‑user support duties such as platform administration, user lifecycle management, and first‑line issue triage. You will develop platform scripts, rules and configurations that streamline processes, favoring native capabilities and configuration before customization, and produce documentation, release notes and role‑based training to drive adoption. • Architect integration patterns between the PPM platform and enterprise systems (Finance, HRIS, work‑management tools, Identity) to ensure scalability and security. • Define and optimize the PPM data model for portfolio analytics, capacity planning and executive reporting. • Build automations (notifications, routing, validations, SLAs) that reduce manual effort and improve data quality. • Establish technical governance, release management and environment strategies to maintain platform stability and auditability. • Configure intake forms, prioritization models, delivery workflows and role‑based views that simplify decision‑making for portfolio and program leaders. • Implement role‑based access, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations and least‑privilege security controls. • Serve as the technical liaison across Enterprise Architecture, Data/Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Finance and vendor partners. • Produce admin documentation, release notes and role‑based training to drive platform adoption and sustained value. • Provide first‑line user support, manage user lifecycle, and develop platform scripts and rules that streamline processes.
