About the Role
The Treasury Analyst will work closely with banks, credit‑card processors, and Public Storage’s Third Party Management team to enable new properties to make deposits and accept all forms of payment. The role also supports existing properties with banking needs, acts as a liaison between property managers and local branches, and assists in onboarding properties to ERP, banking, and processor systems. Key duties include preparing and submitting boarding and KYC documentation, administering online banking portals, preparing daily check deposits, supporting external audit requests, analyzing fee structures, resolving billing errors, and occasionally performing treasury desk functions such as ACH transfers, cash‑position analysis, and large‑value wire payments. The analyst also monitors fraud‑filter and positive‑pay alerts. • Coordinate with banks, credit‑card processors, and third‑party management to enable deposits for new properties. • Prepare and submit boarding and KYC documentation to financial institutions. • Assist existing properties with banking tasks such as switching banks, ordering supplies, and obtaining documents. • Investigate and implement new treasury management services. • Administer online banking portals and reconciliation software. • Prepare daily check deposits for the corporate office. • Support external auditor requests and analyze bank/processor fees. • Resolve billing errors with banks and card processors. • Perform treasury desk duties: process ACH transfers, determine cash positions, and execute large‑value wire/ACH payments. • Monitor and respond to fraud‑filter and positive‑pay alerts. • Maintain 100 % accuracy and attention to detail in all cash‑management activities.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least five years of finance, treasury, or cash‑management experience, preferably with multi‑location businesses. Required skills include strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, with SAP and Wells Fargo Vantage/CEO experience considered a plus.
