About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring on‑site presence, lead generation, tours, lease processing, and resident satisfaction initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, handling tours and lease signings • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up on prospects • Complete leasing paperwork, conduct lease audits, and assist with unit turn processes • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours • Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed leasing goals • Handle resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction initiatives • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events and newsletters • Perform administrative tasks and help keep office and common areas clean • Assist with annual marketing plans, market surveys, and weekly market reports • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community policies • Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, standing for long periods, and working varied conditions
