About the Role

Rotational assignments include Volume Management roles such as Usage & Forecasting, Volume Reconciliation, and Balancing, where trainees manage customer usage data, forecast demand, handle invoicing, and optimize gas balancing. In the Sales Support rotation, trainees work as Business Development Specialists, maintaining CRM data integrity, creating opportunities and pricing scenarios, and acting as a liaison among sales, pricing, legal, and other functional teams. • Prospect, develop relationships, and acquire new business for Constellation's natural gas portfolio. • Support sales of natural gas, demand response, solar, and energy‑efficiency products. • Attend trainings, team meetings, and all‑hands sessions to build product knowledge and internal networks. • Champion Constellation's core values, promote diversity and inclusion, and support peer development.

What You Bring

The position offers remote‑work flexibility but requires the employee to reside in Kansas, ideally in the Topeka or Kansas City areas. During the two‑year training program, occasional travel for in‑person meetings is required, and after assignment to a full‑time Business Development Manager role, frequent travel within the local territory will be necessary. • Remote work allowed; must live in Kansas (Topeka or Kansas City). • Two‑year rotational training with occasional travel during training and frequent travel after placement. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business or 2 years equivalent experience; strong organization and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Preferred: GPA ≥3.5, internship in sales or energy, intermediate Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookups), ability to explain technical concepts, energetic self‑starter, passion for clean energy.
