About the Role

The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services, adhering to the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Typical duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and other interior surfaces, operating commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas, and spot‑cleaning or shampooing rugs as directed. The role also involves dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces, as well as periodic high‑dusting, cleaning interior windowsills, glass, doors, partitions, and specified windows, and washing or spot‑cleaning interior walls.
