About the Role
The position oversees the complete renovation lifecycle, ensuring quality control, schedule adherence, project profitability, and client satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout each project. • Maintain quality control through pre‑inspections and post‑renovation inspections. • Communicate with client representatives and coordinate changes with account managers. • Track projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery per company standards. • Manage material pickup, drop‑off, and site logistics. • Ensure project profitability, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. • Oversee project closeout, including documentation, deficiency resolution, and warranty work. • Roll out project plans to team members, monitoring schedule and budget compliance. • Analyze space and design plans to implement interior design strategies. • Estimate labor and material costs for future products. • Assist in dispatching trades and materials each morning. • Consult with clients on quotations and estimates. • Implement health and safety policies and procedures. • Participate in meetings with prospective clients.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in construction, civil engineering, or project management, have at least five years of project‑management experience in multi‑family renovations, and possess strong organizational, technical, and communication abilities. • Degree or diploma in construction, civil engineering, or project management (preferred). • Minimum five years of project‑management experience. • Proven track record delivering multi‑residential renovation projects. • Strong organizational skills to execute projects on time and within budget. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Project. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Property‑management experience considered an asset. • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and software. • Thorough understanding of building drawings, codes, and site specifications.
