About the Role
The role supports multiple branches and office facilities located in the Pentagon and serves a workforce of 25 personnel. The position requires on‑site work at the Pentagon. Core duties include operational support such as managing communications, scheduling conference rooms and VTC/audio bridge reservations, visitor control, and preparing a wide range of correspondence and briefing materials. The specialist also coordinates security for classified documents, handles JPAS visit requests, and ensures compliance with government regulations. Integrated logistics responsibilities involve assisting with Fixed Induction Date (FID) and Integrated Maintenance Review Board (IMRB) processes, compiling aircraft inventory reports, extracting data from logistics databases, and responding to FOIA requests. • Manage office communications, mail distribution, and appointment calendars. • Coordinate conference room bookings, VTC/audio bridge reservations, and audiovisual setup. • Prepare, edit, and disseminate letters, directives, newsletters, presentations, and briefings. • Process travel orders, vouchers, transportation, and lodging reservations. • Maintain and track classified documents up to SECRET level and ensure proper disposal. • Support security planning, JPAS collateral visit requests, and compliance with classified material regulations. • Assist with Fixed Induction Date (FID) and Integrated Maintenance Review Board (IMRB) processes. • Compile aircraft inventory reports and extract data from DECKPLATE, AIRRS, and PBIS databases. • Respond to FOIA requests and generate required documentation. • Provide business operations support, agenda integration, minutes drafting, and file management. • Track office supply inventory and coordinate ordering for the Government.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications require U.S. citizenship, an active or recently held SECRET clearance, a high‑school diploma, and at least five years of experience in OPNAV business services. Preferred qualifications include a BS/BA degree and strong expertise in integrated logistics support. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and numerous Navy logistics and security systems such as JPAS, AMHS, NAMP, ATPL, NALCOMIS, and TRACKER. • Require U.S. citizenship, active or recent SECRET clearance, high‑school diploma, and ≥5 years OPNAV business experience. • Preferred: BS/BA degree and strong Integrated Logistics Support background. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Navy systems: JPAS, AMHS, NAMP, ATPL, NALCOMIS, TRACKER.
