About the Role
• Design and implement an efficient post‑order Quote‑to‑Cash process, maintaining documentation, maps, and SOPs. • Lead change management initiatives, communicating changes and engaging stakeholders at all levels. • Serve as primary contact for Q2C inquiries, ensuring resource training across the end‑to‑end process. • Partner with third‑party vendors/consultants to build the business process team as needed. • Plan, execute, and oversee post‑order projects, delivering on time, within scope and budget, coordinating cross‑functional teams. • Align Q2C process with global standards, collaborate with international teams, and share NAM best practices. • Deliver high‑quality, customized solutions, gathering and acting on internal and external customer feedback. • Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives; conduct process audits. • Stay current on emerging trends and benchmark against competition.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative, and motivated End-to-End Business Process Owner to lead the Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) process. The role works closely with other BPOs and BPMs to ensure end‑to‑end alignment, creating and executing the vision, roadmap, and governance for an effective and efficient process that meets global requirements. The BPO will act as an intrapreneur driving continuous improvement to boost customer satisfaction, productivity, scalability, and growth. Strong change‑management and project‑management capabilities are essential to optimize the process, while the ability to identify and quantify both qualitative and quantitative benefits is a must. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7–10 years in process or project management, with a proven record of continuous‑improvement outcomes. • Demonstrated experience managing Q2C or similarly complex processes. • Strong influence skills, leading leaders toward shared goals and vision. • Proficiency in process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma or other improvement tools. • Robust change‑management background with successful initiative leadership. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic start‑up environment. • Excellent project management, multitasking, and complex‑project planning abilities. • Strong judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer‑focused mindset. • MBA or related advanced degree (preferred). • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Change Management certification (Prosci or similar) (preferred).
