About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for reactive maintenance across high‑profile client sites, receiving tasks from the planners and dispatch team and completing them within service level agreements. Work orders must be opened and closed in real time, and specialist assistance will be sought when needed. You will also represent Arcus professionally, adhering to dress code and maintaining a company vehicle.

What You Bring

Arcus is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a background in facilities management or construction, who is willing to travel to various local sites. If you meet these criteria, this role offers an exciting career opportunity. The ideal candidate works autonomously in a pressured environment, can prioritize a complex workload, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting M&E issues. A customer‑service mindset and experience in facilities management or construction are essential, with clear pathways for progression to senior engineering roles. Strong interpersonal skills enable effective interaction with clients and internal teams. The position is field‑based, requiring a full UK driving licence, a 45‑hour work week, and on‑call duties up to one week in four.
