About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for reactive maintenance across high‑profile client sites, receiving tasks from the planners and dispatch team and completing them within service level agreements. Work orders must be opened and closed in real time, and specialist assistance will be sought when needed. You will also represent Arcus professionally, adhering to dress code and maintaining a company vehicle.

What You Bring

Arcus is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a background in facilities management or construction, who is willing to travel to various local sites. The position is field‑based, requiring a full UK driving licence, a 45‑hour work week, and on‑call duties up to one week in four.
