About the Role
As the Technical Product Owner, the incumbent will act as the practice expert for ERP Front Office, steering the design, development and operation of service‑focused solutions across the organization. Key responsibilities include deep understanding of sales, field service, in‑house repair, project business, service contracts, pricing, OTC, partner determination, text management, taxes, billing, credit management, back‑orders and master data management. The expert will develop system designs that meet functional and non‑functional requirements, ensure alignment with the architectural roadmap and global template, and validate and control demands such as CHR and new program validations. They will lead scoping, fit‑gap workshops, propose gap‑closing solutions, provide effort estimates, and collaborate with business, regional and international teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and quality targets. • Lead design and implementation of ERP Front Office solutions on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, emphasizing Service Management. • Ensure system designs satisfy functional and non‑functional requirements and follow the global architectural roadmap. • Conduct scoping, fit‑gap workshops and demand validation for new projects and enhancements. • Propose solutions for identified gaps, estimate effort, and align proposals with business stakeholders. • Deliver projects within agreed time, cost and quality constraints according to release calendars. • Maintain expert knowledge of SAP SD, Service Management processes and API‑based integration scenarios. • Validate and control ERP Front Office demands, including CHR and new program validations. • Collaborate with Business, Regional and International teams to meet delivery expectations. • Apply broad IT expertise and SAP ECC/S/4HANA skills to design, test and implement solutions. • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, communicating effectively in English.

What You Bring
The ERP Front Office Practice Expert role is based in Bangalore (hybrid) and requires 10‑13 years of experience. The position focuses on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, specifically Service Management, within Schneider Electric’s global ERP Front Office processes. Required qualifications are an academic degree from a technical university, minimum ten years of hands‑on SAP experience in a fast‑moving enterprise environment, and strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SD and Service Management processes. Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud are a plus. The role also demands broad IT expertise, strong communication, relationship‑building and teamwork skills, a self‑driven can‑do attitude, and fluency in English; travel is ad‑hoc.
