Water Resources Management Intern (Summer 2026)
Assist in water resource projects with modeling, GIS, and field work under senior engineers.

About the Role
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and GIS data processing for water‑resource projects. • Assist senior engineers with design calculations, technical report preparation, and production of water‑resources studies. • Participate in site and field visits, supporting flood control, dam and levee design, stream restoration, and watershed analysis. • Engage in mentoring programs and network with recent graduates and company leaders.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include at least two years of progress toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrated knowledge of relevant software packages, and a preference for local candidates. Required qualifications are enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to the employee‑owned culture. • Preferred: 2+ years toward degree (3.0+ GPA), proficiency with industry software, local residency. • Required: Enrolled in engineering program, detail‑oriented, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office, commitment to employee‑owned culture.
