About the Role

• CAD modelling & detailing using UG NX10+ and Teamcenter 11+ • Create fabrication, sheet‑metal, and PMI models and associated drawings • Develop and maintain Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) • Apply GD&T, tolerance stack‑up, DFA/DFM/DFS, and ASME Y14.5 standards • Produce manufacturing drawings and interpret geometric dimensioning • Lead and mentor team members, drive problem‑solving and decision‑making

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a BE/B-Tech in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves subsystem and component design and development for locomotives, automobiles, or heavy-industry applications. Applicants must be proficient in CAD modelling and detailing using UG NX10 or higher, and experienced with Teamcenter 11+. Responsibilities include creating fabrication models, sheet‑metal components, PMI‑based models, and engineering bill of material (EBOM) updates, as well as producing manufacturing drawings that meet industry codes such as ASME Y14.5. Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, GD&T, tolerance stack‑up, DFA/DFM/DFS, and the ability to interpret and generate GD&T drawings are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate problem‑solving, decision‑making, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. • BE/B-Tech in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (2-5 years experience) • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Self‑motivated with strong work ethics
