About the Role

The role supports warehouse operations by loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. It ensures products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, securely packaged, and handled safely, efficiently, and dependably. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard. • Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup using shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods. • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping. • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport. • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety policies. • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials. • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. • Lift and move heavy materials physically.

What You Bring

Work is performed in a comfortable environment but includes exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements. Overnight travel is minimal, typically under 10% of the time. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, with 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
