About the Role

In this position you will troubleshoot, modify, and repair production machinery and equipment, performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair as required. You will assist Manufacturing Engineering with process or equipment improvements and communicate effectively with Tool and Die, Engineering, Supervisors, and outside vendors regarding projects and repair problems. You will fabricate, weld, or machine parts as needed, plan and perform work to install, repair, and maintain a wide variety of production and building equipment, including interior and exterior facilities such as air compressors, HVAC units, lighting, fans, and restrooms. You will move and install large machinery, work from engineering drawings, schematics, work orders, and manuals, and use basic hand and power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring equipment. • Troubleshoot, modify, and repair production machinery (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic). • Assist Manufacturing Engineering with process and equipment improvements. • Communicate with Tool & Die, Engineering, Supervisors, and vendors on projects and repairs. • Fabricate, weld, or machine parts as needed. • Install, repair, and maintain production and building equipment (air compressors, HVAC, lighting, fans, restrooms). • Move and install large machinery using drawings, schematics, and work orders. • Use hand/power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring equipment.

As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for basic repairs, troubleshooting, performing preventative/predictive and emergency maintenance on all assigned equipment. This exciting opportunity is located in Cleveland, Ohio, and we welcome candidates who are local or willing to relocate, with relocation assistance offered. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education is preferred. You should have at least five years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, basic knowledge of PLCs, and basic computer skills, and be able to work in fast‑paced, multitasking environments to meet operational deadlines. Required skills include strong organizational ability, attention to detail, CMMMS knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and effective communication for teamwork. Physical abilities include bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 40 pounds. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred. • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. • Basic PLC knowledge and computer skills. • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and communication abilities. • CMMMS knowledge and proficiency with hand/power tools. • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 lb, bend, squat, and reach overhead.
