About the Role
The Facility Executive – Technical Integrated Facilities Management Technical Manager will assist and deliver services according to a comprehensive IFM contract, working toward targets set by both the Technical and Facilities managers while focusing on continuous improvement and meeting KPI and SLA goals. Key duties include day‑to‑day administration, generating MIS and other reports, maintaining consumable stock and petty cash, processing vendor invoices per JLL finance guidelines, and contributing to weekly FM meeting minutes and monthly client management reports. The role also supports FM move inspections, including after‑hours work, and drives initiatives aligned with Intel and JLL roadmaps. • Deliver integrated facilities management services per contract, achieving KPI and SLA targets. • Produce MIS, weekly FM meeting minutes, and monthly client management reports. • Manage consumables, stock levels, petty cash, and vendor invoice processing in line with finance procedures. • Support FM move inspections, including after‑hours and weekend work. • Work on‑site in Bengaluru, KA, with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
Candidates need a diploma or degree in a technical discipline, 4–5 years of experience in technical operations within MNC or consulting firms, and an electrical licence. Essential skills are strong written and spoken communication, coordination, multi‑tasking, program management, leadership, decision‑making, relationship building, and compliance tracking. • Hold a diploma/degree in a technical field with 4–5 years of technical operations experience. • Possess an electrical license and strong program, coordination, and leadership abilities. • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication, stakeholder relationship building, and compliance tracking.
