About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and handle cash‑drawer audits and bank deposits. What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, working outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. The role also involves cleaning and routine maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Successful candidates typically have customer‑service‑oriented sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food or similar service environments.
