About the Role
• Provide administrative and operational clerical support to the department or staff. • Ensure IRA compliance. • Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements. • Handle incoming calls, forward them appropriately, and take messages as needed. • File and maintain written records and create electronic copies for documentation. • Receive, sort, and record deliveries in the computer database. • Prepare daily outbound deliveries. • Assemble materials for design and construction meetings. • Record and update meeting minutes for various site meetings. • Procure consumable materials and office supplies. • Assist Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization. • Support Superintendent with entry of craft worker timecards. • Provide general day‑to‑day support for the project team as needed. • Schedule, track, and log all repairs and standard maintenance for work trucks. • Provide maps and directions to visitors, subcontractors, deliveries, or new employees. • Log all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet.

The role supports project teams by anticipating needs, resolving operational and administrative issues, and providing executive support across a variety of tasks. Candidates must be flexible, inventive, enthusiastic, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; the company does not provide sponsorship for H‑1B, TN, CPT, OPT, or similar visas. • Three years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a large number of team members. • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred. • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving, communication, and integrity skills. • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. • Preferred experience with IRA compliance.

The position is based on‑site at project locations in Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Ohio, with a base hourly rate between $24.52 and $33.12, adjusted for certain markets.
