About the Role
The role involves a variety of administrative duties such as handling incoming correspondence, coordinating travel, maintaining office cleanliness, managing supplies, and assisting with events and functions. The administrator will also format reports and produce documents for projects, proposals, and tenders. • Report formatting and production for projects, proposals and tenders • Handle phone calls and all incoming office correspondence • Meet and greet visitors • Assist in coordinating office‑related events and functions • Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance, including ordering and stocking supplies • Perform general administration duties such as invoice processing, record keeping, and filing
