About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move‑in, resident satisfaction, timely service, and personal attention to our residents. The supervisor responds to resident service requests and helps Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service. The role operates in a professional office environment equipped with computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The supervisor regularly travels between properties, often in varying weather conditions, to perform duties. • Prepare market‑ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping. • Complete resident service requests promptly. • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks clean and free of hazards. • Perform on‑call emergency procedures as needed. • Report maintenance issues affecting the budget, such as life‑safety concerns, vacant repairs, property damage, and common‑area needs, to the manager. • Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance and document activities. • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and maintenance systems. • Attend and participate in required training programs from Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions. • Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. • Work any shift Sunday‑Saturday to meet business needs. • Use cleaning agents and equipment safely. • Perform basic arithmetic operations, rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

What You Bring

The position requires frequent movement across floors, stairs, and occasional travel between buildings. Employees must be able to stand or sit for about 85 % of the time, lift up to 100 lb occasionally, and travel up to 10 % of the workweek. • Apply knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life safety. • Hold a valid driver’s license. • Possess CPO certification if required by city or state. • Hold EPA 608 Type II certification and follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies. • High School Diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school education. • Minimum 3 years of related experience and EPA 608 Type II, CPO, or local required certification.

Compensation ranges from $28.05 to $33.00 per hour, with competitive pay based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status, and the company guarantees at least the minimum wage.
