About the Role
The Analyst – Static Data role reports to a Team Leader or Senior Analyst within a team of 8‑10 members. The primary responsibility is to abstract critical information from leases and other contracts and set up that data in JLL and client database systems. You will verify and cross‑check abstracts and system content to ensure completeness and accuracy, process property, unit, tenancy and supplier changes as well as tenant refunds within agreed turnaround times, and ensure 100 % compliance with RICS and ISAE guidelines. The position requires generating daily and weekly reports for multiple sites, maintaining production logs, and keeping the Team Leader informed of potential issues, challenges and KPI misses. The role involves frequent communication with site managers, surveyors, suppliers and finance functions via phone or email to resolve queries. You must be able to multitask, prioritize under pressure, maintain a high level of accuracy, and uphold confidentiality of client financial data. • Abstract critical information from leases and contract documents. • Enter and update data in JLL and client database systems. • Verify abstracts and system content for completeness and accuracy. • Process property, unit, tenancy, supplier changes and tenant refunds within defined turnaround times. • Mobilize and de‑mobilize funds and properties in JLL systems. • Ensure 100 % compliance with RICS and ISAE guidelines. • Generate daily and weekly site reports, meeting all deadlines. • Communicate with site managers, surveyors, suppliers and finance teams to resolve queries. • Maintain production logs and keep the Team Leader informed of issues and KPI performance. • Create and update supplier and property database entries accurately. • Manage exception processes within agreed timelines. • Complete tenant refunds and coordinate calls with UK teams. • Meet or exceed monthly turnaround time and accuracy thresholds. • Identify risks and propose process improvements to the Team Leader. • Maintain confidentiality of client financial data and work overtime when required. • Work on‑site in Gurugram with a standard 40‑hour work week.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 0‑12 months of lease abstraction or database management experience, an accounting degree, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with a real‑estate environment and database management is an advantage, while a dynamic, collaborative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges are essential. • Possess 0‑12 months lease abstraction or database management experience. • Hold an accounting degree with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and maintain high accuracy. • Show familiarity with real‑estate environments and database systems (preferred). • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and initiative to improve processes.
