About the Role
• Provide administrative, coordination, and project support to the HR team. • Assist with onboarding by collecting and organizing pre‑hire and new‑hire documentation. • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR tasks to improve consistency and efficiency. • Conduct research and data gathering for various HR projects. • Support special projects in employee engagement, performance management, benefits, and compliance. • Manage and post internship or job opportunities on Handshake and other campus recruitment platforms. • Update and maintain HR intranet content to ensure accuracy and usability. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold data integrity. • Foster positive working relationships across departments and with internal stakeholders. • Perform general HR administrative tasks as needed.

The Co‑op will support the HR team through administrative, project‑based, and analytical tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Proactive, self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team. • Strong relationship management, organizational, and time‑management skills. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities; handle confidential information with discretion.
