About the Role

You will lead document control activities across multiple engineering, EPC/EPCM, and construction projects, ensuring that information remains accurate, current, and easily accessible. This includes configuring platforms such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360, managing document numbering, metadata, workflows, and revision control, and handling transmittals, submissions, and approvals with speed and precision. • Lead document control across multiple concurrent engineering and construction projects. • Configure and maintain project workspaces in InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360. • Manage structured document numbering, metadata, workflows, and revision control. • Process transmittals, submissions, reviews, and approvals quickly and accurately. • Respond to internal and external document queries and provide guidance on standards. • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with templates and naming conventions. • Track revisions, manage superseded documents, and support document‑related audits. • Mentor junior document controllers and promote best practices within the team.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate brings 5‑10+ years of hands‑on document control experience in engineering or related industries and a proven record of supporting multidisciplinary projects. Strong proficiency with major document management systems, deep knowledge of workflows and industry standards, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely while communicating proactively are essential. Experience mentoring others and familiarity with ISO audit processes are considered assets. • Adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and transition smoothly between assignments. • Possess 5‑10+ years of document control experience in engineering, EPC/EPCM, or construction. • Demonstrated expertise with multi‑discipline engineering environments. • Proficient in InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, and BIM 360 setup and administration. • Thorough understanding of document workflows, transmittals, and industry standards. • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. • Able to work remotely with proactive communication. • Experience coaching or mentoring document control professionals (preferred). • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes (advantage).
