• Supervise trades maintenance teams delivering fire systems estate maintenance. • Perform minor fire systems maintenance and coordinate emergency response. • Conduct condition assessments and validate asset data for maintenance or minor works. • Ensure all work complies with required standards and specifications. • Resolve maintenance issues at the lowest possible level.
