About the Role

The Rental Yard Associate is responsible for maintaining rental equipment in good, usable condition, inspecting for damage, lubricating tools, and preparing orders for delivery while adhering to safety policies. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift and carry heavy items, and the capacity to stand for extended periods. • Remove dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools and cleaning equipment. • Inspect all rental equipment for damage and report according to established procedures. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces as specified. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

What You Bring

Candidates typically have 0–2 years of experience and should be comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 75 lb, and operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Knowledge of construction and industrial products, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential, while bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. • Lift and carry up to 50 lb; stand for 60+ minutes; able to lift up to 75 lb when required. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Possess knowledge of construction and industrial products, machines, and hand‑power tools. • Bilingual Spanish ability is a plus.
