What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and have at least two years of experience designing thermal/HVAC systems. Proficiency with CAD tools, Microsoft Excel (including macros/VBA), and engineering calculation software is required, along with a strong background in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamic analysis. • Own thermal subsystem or component designs for data‑center cooling products (dry coolers, remote condensers, CDUs, cold‑plate systems). • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 years of thermal/HVAC design experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Excel, including basic macros/VBA for data analysis and reporting. • CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent). • Experience with heat transfer, thermodynamic cycle, fluid mechanics, and hydraulic system design. • Ability to perform thermal system component sizing, selection, and CFD/FEA analysis. • Familiarity with Python scripting, MATLAB/Simulink, and control fundamentals. • Knowledge of refrigeration system design and data‑center cooling architectures.
