What You Bring
The eight‑week ACE Externship is offered at our Madison or Milwaukee offices, allowing externs to rotate between on‑site construction environments and office‑based disciplines such are Virtual Design & Construction, Safety, Estimating, Project Accounting, and Lean. Each extern works closely with an on‑site mentor and shadows professionals across multiple roles to build a comprehensive view of the industry. Eligible candidates must be current ACE program participants, at least 16 years old by the start of the program, and pursuing a four‑year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related fields. A minimum GPA of 3.0, the ability to work in typical construction conditions, and the right to work in the United States are required, along with strong teamwork, communication, problem‑solving, and professional customer‑service skills. • Eight-week externship starting in mid-June
