About the Role
• Provide technical oversight to engineering staff and support technical or project‑management career goals • Prepare roadway/highway design and plan development, with ADA design experience a plus • Support preparation of technical reports and studies, including concept development and final design reports • Perform condition assessments and inventory of substandard or critical design elements • Collaborate with multidiscipline design engineers and technicians • Involve in project management tasks such as budget, schedule, and scope adherence • Support public outreach tasks • Participate in professional organizations and technical societies

Benefits
The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000, adjusted for knowledge, skills, and experience, and may include eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and professional development opportunities. Compensation is disclosed in accordance with New York Senate Bill S1326 and varies by market location.
