About the Role
The Aggregate Stripping Lead will coordinate stripping activities to ensure safe and efficient mining operations, supervise an internal crew, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role also monitors site conditions, adjusts plans to sustain productivity, and works closely with plant, mining, and environmental teams to align work with production goals while keeping accurate records for compliance and planning. • Lead and coordinate aggregate stripping activities to support safe, efficient mining operations. • Supervise an internal stripping crew, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Monitor site conditions, identify operational needs, and adjust plans to maintain productivity. • Collaborate with plant, mining, and environmental teams to align stripping work with production goals. • Maintain accurate records, inspections, and documentation for compliance and planning.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $77,100 to $102,900, participation in an annual incentive plan, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions and matching.
