About the Role
As a Facilities Engineer you will be the primary point of contact for daily site operations and technical issues, delivering safe and efficient maintenance of electrical, mechanical and equipment systems. You will develop and execute preventative safety programs, ensure compliance with policies, and meet service level agreements and key performance indicators. You will also lead improvement initiatives, coordinate vendor projects, and help establish engineering standards and performance‑measurement tools in partnership with your team. • Manage daily facility operations and resolve technical issues • Develop and implement preventative workplace safety programs • Ensure compliance with government, client and internal policies for electrical, mechanical, and equipment maintenance • Monitor and achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators • Lead improvement and cost‑saving initiatives, including energy‑management programs • Coordinate vendor activities, oversee technical and safety audits, and align project timelines • Contribute to engineering service delivery standards and site‑specific process design • Create tools to measure technical team performance on a quarterly/annual basis
