About the Role
The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on assigned transfer routes, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include following OSHA, DOT and company requirements; performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections with DVIR; reporting unsafe conditions, incidents, or service calls promptly; participating in training and meetings; collaborating with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency; assisting other drivers as needed; and completing all documentation at the end of each route. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and report any issues. • Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service calls. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address problems. • Assist other drivers and perform all duties as assigned by Operations or Dispatch. • Dump containers, clean customer sites, and position containers properly. • Complete and submit customer tickets and end‑of‑route documentation.

What You Bring
Qualifications require no formal education or prior experience, but a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B) and a minimum age of 18 are mandatory, along with an acceptable driving record and successful completion of a DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and motor‑vehicle record review.
